Each of our products are pre made and ready to ship, unless otherwise stated. We are not currently open for pre orders. Every item is individually handmade with love and with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Please remember each product received may differ slightly to those pictured. The template I use for each of our products are the same, however the print placement may vary slightly as the fabric is cut in different places.
As all our products are handmade it means each one is unique in its own right. Thus giving you a one of a kind product.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are accepted on items purchased from the website. If you are not 100% satisfied or the item is faulty please contact us within 14 days upon receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item to us you must obtain a proof of postage receipt for your own records. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
